Fries are always cold no matter the time of day that I order. But the spicy chicken sandwich is always great

I never received the JBC add pickles, my fries weren't very good & my spicy tenders were stale didn't taste fresh.

I appreciate that Wendy's has a a couple of vegan options like the baked potato. I really wish the food came in more sustainable packaging / like paper instead of plastic cups, a box or foil for the baked potato, etc
