So I wanted tomatoes on both sandwiches and only got it on my chicken sandwich. My burger has little sauce on it with no tomato and the burger is cold... I'm pretty sure I paid extra for the tomato. Other than that, everything else looks good and is warm. I know my paper receipt doesn't say tomatoes, but I went back to my order on DoorDash and I did order it on both.

fries were stale and tasted old. cheese on fries was in the corner and hard. Burger and cinnamon roll tasted old too. really disappointed.

the fries were old, but the worst is that the burger patties were medium rare. Undercooked ground beef from a fast food restaurant is never a good thing. This has happened multiple times.
