I have had a run of bad luck with my door Dash orders lately , but it stopped today!! FIVE STARS to this Wendys. Entire order was correct! food was hot and all condiments were sent as requested! We're so happy with our orders today. I saved this Wendy as a favorite.

Consistently one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I try ordering once every six months from them to see if they've improved, only to be disappointed.
Food is always super slow to come out, DD drivers always apologizing because the restaurant is slow. Fries are always half full at most and always cold. Anything else is lukewarm at best.
If I go in person to the drive thru I'm always there for over 30 mins, and then I'm always missing something from the order, or I've received the wrong food in the bag.
I simply don't understand how this location stays in business.

The restaurant completely neglected to include the drink or the OREO® Brownie Twist Chocolate Frosty Fusion™ with the order. The Dasher should have taken one look at the bag and realized there was no drink included. Poor and sloppy service.

Frosty's are a great treat for hot summer days. The news flavors are a pleasant addition to the menu.
