I still give it five stars because they always get the order right and the food is delicious but today they forgot one of my JBC's but I ain't complaining because they've gotten 99 out of 100 orders correct five stars

Had a fairly large order, was later at night, and we got extra nachos! Don't know if it was intentional, but we certainly appreciate it :) All came quickly, and nice and fresh. Good job, guys!
And thank you to the driver as well for arriving so promptly!

Received my grilled Caesar salad, without any dressing, no parm cheese or bacon in it. Can say I'm not impressed with paying that much for a salad when I can't even eat it now without salad dressing.

fries were cold and old, which was a little unfortunate. Nuggets and burger were both warm and as good as it would be from the restaurant. Frosty was slightly melted but totally reasonable amount
