The fries with the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag were super hard and crunchy! It's like they left it in the fryer for an extra 3 minutes. I also ordered a Kids' Cheeseburger and received nuggets instead and fries were also hard.

Dry meat, soggy bread, and flavorless / burnt fries. This Wendy's continues to disappoint in-person and through DoorDash. it's been this way for over a year now. Management just does not care .

Bread was hard, lettuce was brown and black. Chicken sandwich was hard and bland

Wish they could remove what's not available in the app or make it easier to choose something different if they don't have what you order. but the Dasher was great and I ended up with an item a dollar or two less than what I actually ordered. the Wendy's on lady's island always out of something lol.
