I want to give a shout-out to the employees at this location! Stephanie was amazing through the whole process of receiving my order! After waiting over an hour for a dasher to be assigned to my order, I was given the option to pick the order up myself and get a refund in doordash credits. When arriving to pick up my own order after waiting on Doordash so long, I was informed that my order had been made an hour previously and had been sitting for that entire time.. They remade my whole order FRESH! Not only did they remake my food so we had a fresh, hot meal, but when I arrived and decided to add a couple Frosty's and an extra order of fries for my other child who previously didn't order food, they comped the add-ons(which they were absolutely under no obligation to) for the trouble of me having to pick up my order myself.. and Stephanie did it with a smile and the sweetest, nicest personality I've ever encountered in a drive-thru line! Now that is customer service! Thanks you guys!!!

the bake Potato was hard and undercooked. I am not happy with the food quality. it was unedible. the chicken sandwich was sweet. not something I was expecting fom a classic chicken sandwich.

ordered queso fries, and instead got bacon cheese fries that were inedible. they were obviously very old because they were hard as a rock. for being Luke warm though, the burger was ok
