9 times out of 10, they get the order right. Unfortunately, this round, the burger got entirely messed up, but the restaurant made good on getting it corrected! Love the freshness here.

Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo 10/10 would order again. Wasn't a bad deal and size for the meal.

Fries were old and limp, Cinnabon® Pull-Apart had a literal crumb of icing and my drink was missing.

Very disappointed. I ordered a Dave's Triple and fries, and my Dasher got to my house in about five minutes, yet the food was literally cold when it arrived. I've never had that happen before. The burger was dry and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while, and the fries were cold as well. This definitely wasn't a delivery issue—it seems like the food was already cold before it left the restaurant. I expect much better quality from Wendy's.

This meal was horrible. The buns on both Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag burgers were dry and stale. The one had way too much mayo so you couldn't taste anything but. The fries were hot but soggy. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and got ranch which I just don't eat. The Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was also dry. Super disappointing!
