My burger was terrible. The quality was poor. The onion rings were very dark like if they were cooked in old oil. They also forgot my whole jalapeño. Whataburgers overall quality has drastically dropped!

They literally forget something every time we order. They gave me two chicken strips today instead of four no gravy and no fries. Messed up husbands burger also. Not worth the $40.

didn't get s straw, and I paid for a whole jalapeño and did not get it either...keep in mind that I paid $23 for a meal so I expect to get my order correct.

Ordered large fries and it was filled up like a small order of fries, how do you mess up something so simple ? and i got a tomato with what seemed like that plastic strip that comes on the edges of bologna.
