Ive ordered the break bowl before but for what ever reason today it arrived in a disappointing state. Some of the cheese isent even melted as you can see in the picture. It ushually looks alot better bu it seems this was an off day.

Your fries were really old and soggy. I understand if they get cold cause of the trip, but they were really old.

My coke was definitely water down but there was still lots of ice almost like it didn't taste like coke at all??

Tea was so watered down and no ice. Fries were cold and hard. Burger had very little toppings and condiments.

Said no onions, even had a sticker on the wrap that said "no onions" .. yet there were onions. Fries were soggy and fry box was only 3/4 full on both fry orders! Terrible.
