• 2/22/26The fries were barely warm and greasy, so they were not fresh. I also asked for both spicy and fancy ketchup, and only received spicy. For nearly $5 per large fry, I expect better quality. I will not be ordering again.

• 12/21/25The onion rings and #4 Jalapeño & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal®were undercooked. They only filled up half of the box for onion rings. They sealed the wrong burger with the wrong side in the bag. They didn't provide the spicy ketchup I requested or pack napkins.Food isexpensive. Please take pride in your job and do better!
