Asked for extra toppings and they were not included. Asked for ketchup for fries, not included. Hamburgers were too thin and could barely taste within the big bun. Value is going downhill.

They forgot my gravy unfortunately. There was also no napkins or ketchup, and the beef patty was hard/dry

These meals were great !! Exactly what and how I ordered it ! The package was very neat, nothing messy. Food was still very warm as well as the fries. Overall very satisfied with this meal !! Great job whataburger!!
