Got here fast enough for it to have been hot and fresh, was not. I worked fast food and so I know what meat looks like that was cooked earlier and also over cooked, the burger patty was dry and shrunken so much smaller than the bun. The bun was dry and hard. The fries were not fresh and were not crunchy. Waste of money, went in the trash.

There have already been about seven orders where I clearly ask for no pickles and onions, and it seems like the kitchen staff doesn’t care. They always send it with pickles and onions anyway. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service has really been going downhill.

My drink tasted like straight water. I guess the mix was out or something. The biscuits slap every time though.

This location constantly forgets the extra sauce. I like the creamy pepper for onion rings. They have charged me for it, but forgot to include the past 4 orders.
