Who would have thought that a place called Wilma's in downtown Wilmington could transform U to the French Quarter in New Orleans. I had ordered the French Quarter Jambalaya and the Fried Chicken Po'Boy and both were spectacular, true Cajun / Creole dishes and seasoned perfectly. The only thing I wish for is to have more sauce for the jambalaya for the rice and more Remoulade sauce for the Po'Boy but they do not allow this on the site, otherwise it would be absolutely perfect. I will definitely re-order from here again and call them to request more sauce. I cannot wait to order again and experience Cajun / Creole cooking at its best.

I was very surprised that everything was as good as it was. The Lunch Shrimp & Grits are so flavorful. The sauce that they put on it really makes this dish. I was also impressed how well seasoned The Gumbo was. TheBeignets The were soft on the inside, a little crispy on the outside, and an absolute pleasure to eat. also all of the food was extremely hot when it got here

The Gumbo was AMAZING. I've had gumbo in New Orleans and this was SPOT ON. The Beignets were also outstanding. I will definitely order from here again!

Lunch Shrimp & Grits was drowning in too much sauce and it's extremely messy and not balanced with the amount of grits with like 4 or 5 shrimp.

Lava Cake was poory packaged...ice cream was melted and packaged together with the hot Lava cake
Gumbo was way too salty
Pasta Alfredo was a soupy consitency.
