Ordered crunchy wings they were great usually cooked too hard but this time perfect !!! Chicken wrap was delicious onion rings ok too well done but tasty side salad nice

I was very disappointed in the order so received today. I have ordered here several times and never had a problem. However, this time the chicken was off somehow. The portions of chicken were weirdly shaped and tasted disgusting. I won't be order from here anymore.

This is the second order where I've gotten only 1 small container of sauce with my 6 piece tenders. There's no option to choose 2 of the same, but it says you can choose 2 sauces. So make sure you put in the notes to ask for 2 sauces if you want 2 of the same, because 1 is not enough. Food is consistently good, just wish they were more consistent with the condiments.

I'm not sure what happened, but the quality of the food has come down. Also, the wings are not consistently cooked to specification.
My biggest gripe is their burger. It used to be decent patty and buttered (brioche?) bun that doesn't get soggy. Now, you get a smaller, less tasty patty and the bread might as well be white bread.
The last time I did a pickup (a couple weeks ago), I waited for food (I was there before the order was ready), and in the less than 10 mins it took me to drive home, the bread was almost completely soggy with barbecue sauce. Utterly useless and not particularly appetizing.
I am also getting wings that are not fully cooked, despite me asking for extra crispy/fried hard.
I get it happening everyone once in a while, but the last 3 times I picked up from here, it has not been as good as it has been in past experiences.

Ordered three 16 count wings and they were very dry and overcooked!! I also didn't receive all flats that I paid extra for. I won't be ordering from this place again.
