Added black rice to the classic burrito when I didn't ask for any. The black rice was crunchy and also changed the flavour of the whole burrito. I love Zambreris and order regularly but this unexplained change is making me reconsider ordering delivery.
Please ask the customer before making substitutions.

My beef burrito had no beef in it just a wild amount of pinto bean paste and bbq sauce. Guacamole was missing and cheese.
