I have eaten at Zacksby plenty of times and I am always happy with my food and taste. I ordered an item that I always order and like very much but yesterday the food was horrible. I also bought a new item I wanted to try, chicken bacon wrap and it was not good at all. I'm very disappointed with this expensive order and I think I will not be ordering anytime soon.

worst grilled chicken sandwich, I've ever had!! the bun was saturated with bbq so much, i couldn't even pick it up to eat.

Bug Zak snack meal dipped. It was good but it wasnt dipped. They sent the sauce as a dip. Ordered a drink. Did not receive straw.
