The Door Dash delivery was great. Really appreciate the status bar Door Dash keeps going until delivery completed which was very quick! FOOD: Chicken finger meal with cole slaw and ff was just ok. Was looking forward to the Asian salad but lettuce was soggy & wilted and had no Wonton strips which was disappointing. Not best quality, along with wilted lettuce and very small amount of chicken for a salad this price. And the final straw was the Coca-cola which is $3 for a medium and had no carbonation. Was a cup of syrup. So while we will not order from Zaxbys, we will try another delivery from Door Dash.

I get the Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal with Extra Sauce whenever I order, and it always arrives hot, well packaged, and delicious! The fries are always perfectly balanced between soft and crispy, everything is well seasoned, the chicken is tender, flavorful, and overall very good. My new favorite place to order chicken from!

chicken wings were mealy and no sauce, strips were like the size of popcorn chicken and I got fries in my box instead of slaw. My Cobb salad didn't have any egg.in it and tomatoes were not ripe enough to eat. just very disappointed in meals for $60 of food ordered.

I absolutely love the egg rolls from Zaxby's. They are my favorite of all time and the salads which are the two things I received. Both of those were hot and so good. We are getting a new Zaxby's in my hometown of Campbellsville, Kentucky and I cannot wait.!

There was barely any fries. The toast was soggy and limp instead of crispy, and the chicken was dry, no sauce on it at all.
