Zaxby's gets their orders right 98% of the time. Every other restaurant in Florence, from my experience, gets it right 50% on doordash. Always satisfied always happy!

Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal were over cooked and they shorted on the fries portion compared to their usual amount. Must have been a hectic night for the restaurant.

I consistently order the 8 piece boneless meal and more and more the wings are small and overcooked. Not great at all

This is what they think extra seasoning on your fries is. They taste like they just whispered the word "salt" over them. No sauces either. Couldn't even pack us straws for our drink. I'm incredibly disappointed in the Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz and in this location overall.

Kickin'Chicken is always a winner!! The Handcrafted Peach Sweet Tea is always refreshing! It taste like a glassful of Summer!!!
