Today was a disappointing meal. I asked for one order of 4 finger plate and large fries. The Fries had burnt edges and was completely soggy. The tenders were super small which made me feel completely ripped off to be honest. All I can say good about the meal was the drinks... which only gave me one straw for two drinks. Listen I've ordered before from Zaby's and it usually good overall. But today hit me hard because I was looking forward to hot and crispy food.

By far the WORST food ever from anywhere. The boneless wings were rocks and clearly cooked LONG BEFORE they were ordered. About three bites of an order of 8 were actually edible.
The Zax Snack was not much better. There was a little more edible chicken in the tenders, but they were hard and breaded too heavily also. No excuses, Zaxby's. Just do better!

The Cobb salad is my favorite,I wish extra salad dressing was an option. I just struggle through trying to stretch 2 Lil packets which have gotten smaller. The salads have stayed the same and that's why I trust Zaxbys. MORE SALAD DRESSING PLEASE

The Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce were SO SO SO GOOD! And these are probably the best Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries I've ever had!

That's it for me with Zaxbys on door dash.The food quality was horrible. The traditional wings were hard couldn't eat them and the tinder were dry and tasted burt. That makes twice i have recieved poor quality food through delivery.
