"This is one of several orders I've had from SLO Roast. Sometimes the salmon is cooked to perfection; other times not. Tonight it was very dry. Another time the portion was from the flat end, probably 3 oz at best. When I called about it, I was told that the fish comes in the whole so sometimes you get the end piece, and that's the way it goes. I don't even feel like calling the manager on duty tonight to complain, instead I'll just say it here. The SLO Roast on Brodie is inconsistent, and if you're lucky you'll hit on a good night."
