The Classic beef tartare was a lot better than most restaurants! I dont know how they do it but I devoured it. Perhaps they dressed the raw beef with something,but they left a few dollops of at least 2 other (delicious) dressings to pair with the dish.
The Homemade seafood pasta had rough 7 mussels, 7-ish shrimp, and some bits of squid. All cooked WELL. It also comes with two thick cuts or toast (log shaped) that were well buttered then pan seared.

"I didn't personally like the Vietnamese coffee but the Grilled beef Bao was good. The coffee did not seem like it was sweetened with condensed milk which is what I was expecting. It was sweet but it did not seem creamy enough or have the flavor I usually get with Vietnamese coffee."
