I didn't personally like the Vietnamese coffee but the Grilled beef Bao was good. The coffee did not seem like it was sweetened with condensed milk which is what I was expecting. It was sweet but it did not seem creamy enough or have the flavor I usually get with Vietnamese coffee.

I hate it when I buy food, and the food doesn't hit! The 1. Grilled Beef banh mi bread was very old and it was falling apart! Favoring is good but you can tell when the restaurant is greedy with their products to save cost. 1. Grilled Beef Skewers plate portion was such a disappoint. Overall it just looks sad. I rather pay an extra $3 and go to Pho Please next time. I won't be ordering from here again.
Message to the owner. If you are in this business to make money, then you are in the wrong field. Stop trying to cut corners. Think about your customers and how you would want them to feel when they receive their food.
