"This food truck comes by my office park sometimes and it's always a must-have. The owner/chef is hilarious. The truck is really well-organized (they give you buzzers for when your order is ready and allow online ordering before you even come outside to the truck).
The food is incredible. I know the fried chicken with garlic ginger aioli gets all the hype. And it IS great. But the sleeper menu item is the fried fish.

The meat was fully cooked, but tasted like it was leftover in the fridge. Chips and Queso dip was very delicious, but also was not warmed up enough. Cheese Quesadilla was very warm, probably the only thing actually grilled. Food was flavorful though. It was very expensive for very small portions."
