The TRY 2 COMBO is a must with the delicious Lobster Bisque!! Not to mention, the chocolate covered strawberry they gave me was so good. Love me some Zupas!

NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER I ordered was closer to Creamy French Onion Soup.. soooo many onions, no claims, no carrots or celery.. I got a large bowl and there were 3 potato cubes in it. Pitiful 😪
Ordered the CHICKEN ENCHILADA CHILI saw NO chicken as I split the soup bowl to 3 smaller bowls (bcuz my kids are toddlers). It was also gritty in texture for some reason but luckily the kids didn't seem to notice.

Literally not a single chickpea in my chickpea soup. It was almost entirely broth, which is a ripoff for over $10. Pumpkin soup was good, but they forgot the tortilla strips, as usual.

Have loved Zupas over the years but this store, particualry this order, was disappinting. I counted 4 pieces of Chicken in my Barbecue Chicken Salad. And they forgot to send the Apple Juice on the Kid's Combo. Just sad to see the quality degrade over the years as they have opened so many stores.

Upset because the "wild rice" mix was tiny and the cup was not full, only upset because I paid more for it. Still a good restaurant!
