"Last time I left a review on the ube Iced Ube Latte My only critique was that it's spelt a lot in the bag despite being delicious. This time I noticed a change in packaging. It looked like there was some kind of baking paper or parchment paper used before sealing the lid, which absolutely saved the day. Nothing spilled out I got a full cup of delicious latte and appreciate seeing such a small detail added. I wanted to try the pancakes, but unfortunately they were sold out. I think that might be a testament to how good they are. I heard the texture is amazing. Instead, I got my favorite strawberry soft, which has never failed to disappoint and a Taro Cream Bun . I fell in love with the flavor. There was a thin crusty layer on the outside and the inside was so soft and fluff. The cream was delicious but I wish it went a bit further on the bun. It was very light Both in texture and in the amount applied."

I am someone who doesn't like heavily sweet things and struggle to find snacks that aren't drenched in sugar and this is definitely my favorite. The Sweet Frank Roll unfortunately got a bit drenched in ube but what I was able to eat of it was flavorful if I ever have the opportunity to go in person it's definitely something I hope to try fresh and the Iced Ube Latte it's not only a vibrant and fun color, but pairs really well with the soft milk bread. I did not include additional photos because I do not feel like what arrived today truly reflects their usual quality and was just an unfortunate transit issue."

"I've ordered from here many times (through delivery) and it's so inconsistent. Chicken tenders are very good, pizza is decent and pasta is very good but multiple times items have been forgotten but they blame door dash. Didn't realize the delivery driver should be opening the sealed bag and making sure everything is in there. The calzones are 50% bread with filling only in the center and their cold cut grinders are a joke, ordered double meat double cheese, received literally 5 slices of meat and 1 slice of cheese cut in half. They charge extra for it which is to be expected but I did not receive anything extra, just an underwhelming experience at this point.
