"Horrible... our bowls were extremely low on ingredients. I ordered a double chicken bowl and I counted about ten pieces of individual dices of chicken, completely not worth the amount it costs extra. I also ordered queso in the same bowl and I don't see any sign of it at all.
Our other bowl had no fajitas and a quarter scoop of corn, and the chicken was cold.
Our chips were stale and the side of queso was half full.

The Carnita's was probably the best of the ones we got, but it was overshadowed but the insane amount of cheese melted betweeen the 2 corn torillas (what is this Taco Bell?) and the plethora of cabbage. The highlight of the meal was the chips and the salsas. Both were very good and probably would have been happier with just that. I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. Not neccisarily bad but very lack luster and dissapointing."

"The service was good. It took 10 minutes longer than originally estimated but it was the busiest time of day pretty much and the app immediately updated to the correct time after I purchased so it originally said 20 minutes if you pick it up yourself, I hit purchase and then it said OK it'll be ready in like 30 minutes so that was OK.
That was actually pretty cool because some places they pretend like it's gonna be 20 minutes the whole time even when it's not and then at the end of 20 minutes 10 more minutes now or you get there and you have to wait 10 more minutes.
However, it's the first time I've ever eaten there and I've eaten at six other pizza places on Pacific Avenue first including the Santa Cruz Cinema and this is the first place that disappointed me. I didn't like the taste of either one of them at all. The first one I ordered was wild bread with mozzarella and bacon. The second one was wild bread with wheat crust and vegan cheese and actually the wheat crest wasn't bad I preferred the wheat crest honestly and the red sauce was OK. The ranch was great and I normally don't even eat ranch .
All in all, I will never order the wild bread again ."

"Pretty sure they use AI images for their menu photos because the food looks nothing like this, not even the same ingredients. I got the Rockfish Burrito and it was huge (yay!) but it was almost entirely beans and rice. The fish was barely noticable, not big chunks like the photo but small flakey pieces and it was very dry and chewy. I ate about 1/4 of the burrito thinking they had sent me just a bean and cheese because I didn't taste any fish or pineapple. There was almost no flavor to the burrito at all and the tortilla fell apart. The Onion Rings were also huge in potion but it was all one giant greasy onion blob. Not really rings at all and a little burnt. Again, nothing like the photo, not even the same kind of batter. Really disappointing and expensive for the low quality food I received."
