"I'm from the east coast and lived for a while in Maryland and Virginia where seafood and crabs/crab legs are abundant (and cheap!). I also love a good low country boil which our friends (who were from GA) would make on occasion when they did their fish fries. So I had a hankering for shellfish and found this place on Door Dash and liked the menu. So I bit the price bullet and treated myself (for context and comparison, you can enjoy a seafood buffet in VA for $35 and eat all the crab clusters, shrimp, clams, mussels, etc. you want) and got the Deck Cadet's Catch Combo l $10 OFF in the Daddy Sauce which is a low country boil of sorts. I'll start by saying that overall it was tasty and it's a good amount of food but I can't see this feeding 3-4 people like it says, unless this supposed to be a shared appetizer vs a meal. I mean I can eat 4 crab clusters alone, so 1 crab cluster and 1 lobster tail was just a "taste" if you will (cuz no one splits a crab cluster or lobster tail)! :-) So Much of the filler is from the potatoes and shrimp. Still, all things considered, this satisfied me ! I still think this meal is way overpriced which is why I took off 1 star, given that you only get 1 cluster and 1 tail but perhaps that's what it costs in LA(?). I'll also say I thought it needed a little salt to me since I'm used to the saltiness of Old Bay seasoning with my crabs and shrimp. But it was good and did the job in terms of satisfying my hankering. And The food was nice and hot when it arrived. It's a great place to try. "

Same and even worse goes for the Dave’s Mini Sliders, they're literally one bite sliders. I spent about $50 (a little over, actually) and do not feel satisfied at all. Every thing you order asks if you want ketchup, I think I put yes for two of my three items, thinking I'd get maybe a couple per ordered item, but no, they literally give you one small packet of ketchup. The 'hot' level of spice was good, I was expecting pretty spicy and I enjoyed it, for the 'medium' spicy things, they didn't taste spicy at all, it felt like such a huge jump between the two levels. The taste was pretty decent I'll say, but it just doesn't make up for all of these issues I had. Maybe I jumped on the Dave's hot chicken train a bit too late, but I'm just not a fan. If you are close enough and have the means for it, definitely recommend Crimson Coward over Dave's."

I 100% reccomend! the chicken sandwich is so tender, juicy and crispy, I got the mild (I do pretty well with heat) and it had a nice kick to it.
