"I hate having to make bad reviews but I would feel bad not to if some constructive criticism can be taken. I've only had Copper Cup twice, this being my second. And I don't think I'd like to try again. My "blended" coffee was pure foam and separation from top to bottom. It does not taste good what so ever. Just pure espresso and zero flavor. I had to mix it to see if it just separated but that isn't the case. The waffle has great flavor, but pure mush upon arrival. I'd recommend separating the toppings for delivery orders. Unfortunately not one thing about either was good, and I truly looked forward to them being as good as they're advertised."

"The beef tacos were really great. but it's kind of false advertisement. It literally says beef tacos which is plural for more than one, so in reality, it should say beef taco. It also shows a picture of three, so it makes it feel like you are getting three or at least more than one, which is not the case. Secondly is the carne asada fries. I don't know if they put green chili on the fries or not, but they are dry underneath all of that sour cream. They put on top, and the steak seems a little dry. The fries are definitely frozen. from a bag you buy at a normal store and just fried. So definitely nothing like what I've had in Colorado. because that's where I've had some of the best Mexican food . The horchata was delicious and the best drink I've ordered so far from them just a bit heavy on the ice. The carne asada tacos were very dry and didn't even come with lime so ima have to give that a thumbs down. The flavor was there, it's just it was dry. Their prices are great for what you get and the portion sizes are amazing for the fries minus the quality. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering the fries from them anymore because of those reasons, and it is my second time around thinking the first time was just bad luck ."

"Barely any bacon on the BLT. It's called a BLT for a reason hint....BACON. There's was less than 4 pieces on the whole sandwich. They have the nerve to call it an “Over the Top" BLT. Nothing about it was "over the top". The Grilled Cheese was two pieces of bread with NO butter to have it be a grilled cheese. It was half white vs a light brown color that a grilled cheese is supposed to be because when they actually use butter on the bread and put it on the grill, it turned a golden light brown if done correctly. The other half was dark brown/burnt. I'm not kidding. Seriously, it's really hard to mess up a grilled cheese but they found a way. The fries were fries. Nothing great not horrible. Just French fries. The only good item was the Deep-Fried Cheese Curd Basket. They weren't special and I'm sure they were just fried in a fryer from frozen but that's probably why they weren't able to mess them up. The ranch is horrible. Clearly from a bottle. Sorry this may seem harsh but it's the truth. This was my exact experience. It was my first time ordering too. I won't ever again. Others should choose and consider wisely. Oh, and it's not cheap. Denny's is much cheaper and far better."

The biggest disappointment was this lack of sufficient of broth, as depicted in the picture. While it was chock full of veggies, the 1/3 C of broth was unacceptable.
