I like hummus as much as the next guy. It's fine. Nothing to write home about. This hummus is different!! It is all I want to eat all day. I want it as a full meal. We SAVED the little bit of hummus we had left over for the next day. We talked about how excited we were for it all day - texting back and forth- and then ate it as a little treat at the end of the night. I went to post a picture of the hummus, I'm shocked I don't have one, it was a big part of our lives for a couple days there.
The perfect proportion of hummus for me and my partner that we will be ordering next time is - regular $5.50 side of hummus and the $15 family sized side of lots of pita strips - which are also shockingly good on their own. My 4 6 year old picky eaters gobbled them up. The actual dream situation would be - family sized hummus. And family sized pita. That's the meal. That's what we will be doing next time.

"I have been living in UT for about 6 years and I have eaten at several Indian restaurants throughout the valley and this restaurant is by far the best Indian food I have ever had in UT (and to be honest in general). Spice levels are always consistent, portions are good (in person and take out), and over all quality of ingredients and food is good. The only disappointment I have is that they don't have onion pakoras on their menu because their chef made then for a lunch special and they were absolutely delicious. "
