When they gave me the cheese curds, they only filled up half the cup and they were overcooked. For the price of their menu, I feel they can up their customer service a bit. If unsure how to do that, here is what should have happened... the order should have been given to me in the drive thru with the understanding I know for next time. Also, it would be good to communicate that to all customers placing pickup orders at the time of placing orders so they can be prepared. Last, fill up the cheese curds cups all the way.
