Although the spice level missed the mark, the dosa was filling enough for one person and offered good value.
The true star of the show, however, was the Chilli Chicken. I selected the hot spice level, and this time the instructions were followed perfectly. The chicken was flavorful and had a satisfying level of heat, while the vegetables, including onions and chilli peppers, created an excellent balance of flavors and textures. Most importantly, the heat did not overpower the flavor, and the flavor did not get lost behind the spice. Like a well-balanced curry, everything worked together rather than competing for attention.
While my spice-level instructions were followed for the Chilli Chicken, they were not fully reflected in the Paneer Tikka Dosa. Improving consistency when following customers’ requested spice levels would make the overall experience even better.
The packaging was also handled well, and everything arrived properly packed. Overall, I was very pleased with both dishes. The food was reasonably priced, good quality, flavorful, and filling. The main area for improvement is creating a more consistent balance between flavor and the requested spice level across different dishes. With that improvement, an already good meal could become an excellent one. I would gladly order again."
