The top layer is crust made from a semolina flour based dough, under the delicious crunchy crust, there is a layer or decadent melted sweet white cheese. "Really enjoyed the food the Basque Cheesecake 原味巴斯克 was delicious. M1. Egg Tart 蛋挞 was so fresh it was still warm. The M10. Oreo Mousse Cake was straightforward with a softer crust which was a nice surprise. Great place for treats that are not overly sugary tasting."

"The Kheer Falooda is to die for. It's perfection; not too much, not too little. If you order the Dirty Mad Tea as "Regular" it will not come with the boba as advertised. So you'll have to pay extra to get the boba topping I guess despite what the description says. That's my only complaint. The tea is perfectly sweetened though. A nice balance despite the brown sugar."
