"The Galbi tang is chefs kiss the meat just falls right off the bone and love that the broth is a little heavier and rich and the Dduk Bokki rice cakes were pillowy soft and I have never seen anywhere else put meat in it to which I think really contributed to the typical gochujang spice . And looots of side dishes . I already have an authentic spot but this would have me come back and try more"
"The Sullung tang came boiling hot. It came with side dishes, a generous portion of rice, and side of salt to season (which is really cute.)
