"The satay with 4 BIG skewers with a generous amount of peanutsauce was perfect! Pulled easily off the stick. Tender chicken breast, well cooked and piping hot. I loved the raw waffle cut cucumbers in light vinegar with a hint of sweetness, ate the whole cup!
The asparagus prawns were of good size, not fishy, also well cooked but not chewy. Remember to pull the tails off LOL . The aparagus and the vegetables were slightly crisp, no mushiness. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and whole, easily removed if not a fan. Sauce was thin, added to the flavor, no artifical colors or thickeners, so good!
I ordered +1 heat and there was exactly the right amount of kick for my limited tolerance :).

"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting.
We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"

The broth is super flavorful and very well done not too concentrated on one flavor or another, the noodles have just the right amount of bite but very silky, the veggies are fresh and the lime is half a wedge but its a LARGE wedge so its more than other places give. You also get a packet of sriracha and hoison sauce which for me is a must. The tea is delicious not too sweet and lots of flavor as well, and just the right amount of boba pearls. The portions are very fair for the price and they give the proper amount of each ingredient for a well balanced bowl of pho! But my favorite part is that they include a bowl for you and a broth spoon so you dont have to worry about not having the proper utensils! The broth was hot the tea was cold ice wasnt melted, they go above and beyond to provide a delicious meal. Instantly made me feel better while unwell.
