"The iced Passion Mango Black Tea had literally no ice when I received it and it still wasn't very cold (Always fill the cup all the way to the top with ice before you pour in fresh brewed tea.) The crab rangoons were chewy and a bit stale. And I really hate when I order a 3-item Bigger Plate with a double portion of orange chicken and they always squeeze the second portion into the separate tiny box. It cuts the second portion in half! Why don't you put the mushroom chicken in the tiny box and keep the orange chicken together? It would fit better in the separate box. This is really annoying and there is no way to give notes or ask for extra ice on the order app."

I get one of the things from the menu so I'm used to how it looks and tastes. My experience at this specific Dennys was not as pleasant as previous experiences.
DoorDash didn't have the option to choose it or for me to add a note, so I called the store right after ordering to request my order be made with the hard shell eggs instead of the liquid ones out of the box. The representatives response was, "Oh we always use those!" My response, "Oh! I usually always have to request it, but ok! Thank you!"
As you can see in the picture, my order was made with the liquid eggs and my English muffin was a little burnt. I also didnt receive any jelly for it.
