"I have had the 5PC CATFISH STRIPS previously and there delic which made me reorder today. Well she said check the order to make sure it's right and I did, it was what I ordered. As I started eating the fish I noticed it was heavily battered and to my surprise the strip inside was so thin it was as if it was filet a second time. I reached out to the store and the you lady said her manager said that's how they have been coming. I said if you all know that why wouldn't you in good faith add additional pieces, again she said there was nothing they were not going to do anything about it. I think the heavy batter was just a cover up for the poor pieces well slithers of fish. That is poor customer service with no service recovery. I definitely won't be visiting anymore.
