Super picky when it comes to "Mexican" food. 1st time I've had Bubbakoo's and I chose the BURRITODILLA with grilled chicken, Sriracha ranch, rice, corn salsa, cilantro, diced onion, cheese, Pico de gallo & sour cream & it was incredibly flavorful! The portion size was unbelievable! You get 2 "slabs" of grilled soft tortillas, both as large as the take-out container & stuffed with mouth-watering ingredients. So glad I finally tried Bubbakoo's! My new fave spot!"
"Bizarre sour flavor on the birria quesadilla, as if the meat or cheese were rancid. Consommé was also not great, so a complete loss on that dish. The chicken bowl is 3/4's rice and 1/4 toppings including the protein. Bland flavor on the bowl, queso, salsas, and guacamole. Unfortunately this place was a miss for me."
