The sweet potato fries looked like limp noodles and were tasteless. The Double Smash burger was well no better than any fast food restaurant just 3 times the price with very little Smash sauce. The truffle fries are definitely not worth the extra price. Then again, the regular fries wouldn't be worth the price either. These fries were also limp and flavorless. They are topped with what is supposed to be Parmesan cheese but look likes some fluffy hair and also has no taste. On to the kids meals. Both of our kids choose the Kids Chicken Tenders with a side of Mac & cheese balls There were three chicken tenders and 3 Mac & cheese balls for each. The kids said the breading was to heavy but tasted okay. Neither one liked the mac and cheese balls. When we tried them, we agreed that they were quite bland."

I'm used to this sandwich coming with a full sausage patty and slice of cheese, not a sad few cubes hidden in the egg and a few shreds of cold cheese tucked into the bottom. the whole sandwich was cold, and the driver didn't have any stops or take longer than usual to arrive so idk what exactly caused it cause that's also never been an issue before.
I also decided to try their almond croissant today, and was disappointed to find no filling like in the description, just almonds.
I don't know what changed but if there's even a chance I get this again the next time I try ordering it's not worth it; $30 for a sandwich only to have to re-cook and fix it up myself at home is NOT worth it; I recommend ordering with care and managing expectations."

The flavors conflict and it is off-putting. Ruined the meal which I have been ordering both in CA and AZ for over 20 years! The bill came to $105 with two turkey dinners, 15 or 20% tip, two $6 deserts and a one-person small slab of carrot bread. We can order an upscale prime rib dinner for that!
