"They didn't read my detailed notes at all, and didn't contact me if they were out of something as I requested. I requested 3 different common donut types (chocolate bar, plain/vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and glazed buttermilk) and included backup options for each. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I usually go to the Bosa on Dysart & McDowell, and I'll never order from this one again after this - the employees at my regular store are so nice, and have never gotten my order wrong."

"Was cool to get a few extra donuts but sucks to not get the special ones ordered specifically. Also the Mango Nada looks nothing like the picture nor does it match the description. Instead received what looks like a mango shake with whip cream on top. Didn't receive the Rasberry jelly or the coconut Toasted coconut cream fill donuts. Bummer. I will say they tasted fresh and some still warm. Not sure if Iwould order again through delivery but will definitely order again in person."
