I wound up having to share it with the staff of the rehab facility where my knee is SLOWLY recovering. At the time of placing this order they were having a "buy 1 get 1 free" deal on the Cheese Enchilada Plate which is one of my absolute favorites. I also chose the plain Bean & Cheese Nachos with a bunch of condiments on the side so I could tailor each individual nacho. All of them were good however I wish to rave a little about the freshness of the PINT-Pico De Gallo, the Side Avocado Sauce 8oz, and the side of cilantro. By the time I was done eating my nachos and my enchilada dinner I only had room for a few of the tortilla chips with the avocado sauce. But I've had the Side Queso Dip 16oz with picadillo plenty of times enough to give it a thumbs up. And the rehab staff sure did appreciate it. I also had to give my extra Cheese Enchilada Plate to a favorite staff member. I wanted to eat it. I thought I could eat it. But I just couldn't stretch my stomach that far. Of course, if I had a refrigerator in my room, maybe I wouldn't have been so generous with my leftovers. Ha! One thing I ordered that I had never tried ever before in my life was the Aguas Frescas.
