The only pizza I've ordered from here is this one, it's actually a classic Margherita pizza, not why they call it fuego kurabu. Anyhow, I've had just about every version of a Margherita pizza in this city, from the most 'authentic' and fancy to this. I lived in Italy for some time in my past and can tell you this tastes THE most like an authentic Margherita than any other I've had. Pizza tastes slightly different depending on the region of Italy you live in. I lived in central to upper part of Italy, 30 minutes away from Milano, if that helps, in case you are in search of the perfect Margherita pizza 🍕 ☺️❤️ I hope this helps. Also, if I have leftovers for the next day, I will tell you that this particular recipe that they make holds up so very well. at least in the way I reheat it. i place it on a rack in my toaster oven. Or you could put it in the regular oven, and I put a cookie sheet beneath that and I drizzle very good olive oil over it and heat it up for maybe 10 mts. Perfecto!

The Semenya had raw uncooked white onion on it that really messed with the texture and flavor which was sad cause it would have been delicious otherwise.
