They will, at least, call you to discuss substitutions. But for this order, they still got one item wrong (I got a bag of chocolate chip minis instead of almond). Also, I was offered a bag of mini snickerdoodles instead of two large which was acceptable. What I received was PUMPKIN SPICE snickerdoodles. eh, not crazy about that flavor but maybe I didn't look at the menu close enough. "This is the Persian cuisine I have been trying to find since I moved to Maryland! I had not had Fesenjan (فسنجان) in years and it was very tasty, just salty for my palate. The zereshk pulau was delicious and the barberries sour the way it should be. The jujeh Chicken Kabob (جوجه کباب) was the best tasting dish I ordered. The chicken was moist and seasoned. The rice was cooked perfectly. I wish the tomatoes had been roasted longer but that's it! Overall very very good experience and I will be ordering again"
