Not sure if it was the rice or quinoa in the mix or both but it was definitely undercooked, or perhaps even over cooked with hard rough little pieces throughout. Overall it was slightly too salty and seemed like it had been sitting around for a bit, even the shrimp were kinda blah and not fresh. I don't mean I was concerned about them or anything. It just didn't have that super hot full fresh healthy taste , was more like cafeteria food. I ate all of it, it wasn't terrible. I just can't describe it, it wasn't great, and I'm a little bummed. Maybe this particular dish was just an isolated miss. .. hopefully.. "
