The gyoza was also chewy. Tast was there and the inside was good (as always) but the skin was dry and chewy. Nicely browned but really chewy more like overdone air fried.

Note: The flavors were great but it was so big and slippery, I could barely eat it without making a mess. I could hardly fit half the onigiri in my mouth. Note: By far my favorite, it has a sweet taste to it from what I believe is a sauce made with kewpie Mayo. Therefore, if you don't have a sweet tooth and prefer a savory flavor,I wouldn't choose it. The shrimp tempura were cooked nicely. Nice crunch to the tempura. The rest was just a small side of mixed greens and rice. But the ratios are nice in this, definitely worth the price. If I were to describe this dish, it's honestly a bowl version on what they could put in onigiri style. "
