This place has been consistent, changing the game, introducing new flavors/menu items and putting a new twist onto classic Mexican food items you can get anywhere and also showing us there's more to it than just the same old stuff.
Last but not least I have noticed with other restaurants of all cuisine types that you get better quality dining in rather than ordering from DoorDash which can be so depressing. This has been the only place that it's been consistent whether you order online or dine in.

The burger for almost $20 was literally like the thin slice of meat not like a regular Smashburger just cheaply made with one slice of cheese and a dab of ketchup. It looks like a child's burger I would definitely not get it waste of money. Would recommend ordering from nations or something if you're craving a cheeseburger.

Zero salsa or sauce provided which is pretty crazy for a taco truck style place. Not even the option to add it. No option for spice levels either.
Meat Fries barely had any meat and it was just ground beef...not asada.
Tripas Tacos was good, but the tripas were not even crispy at all.
Overall they are good, but there's definitely room for improvement. I wouldn't be quick to go back, but I would give them another shot after enough time passes to see if they made improvements."
