If you can't handle hot food it may be best to start with mild or medium. Some of my personal favorites are the butter chicken, vegetable samosa, vegetable biryani, mango lassi, and the garlic naan. The main dishes also come with rice and you will get more than enough rice to spread around. The portion sizes are generous and I always have left overs.
