"Normally they are pretty good. However this time was very much a disappointment. The Waffle Fries that are usually one of my favorites items were very mushy. I customized a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® Combo that cost over $20 and when received looked identical to all other regular ones I've ever ordered previously. Although, thankfully, the onion rings were not 'fried to a crisp' as well, like what is occasionally served (mostly other locations). It was a good burger, for normal price. Just not for a price tag of over $20. The Chocolate Chip Cookie and Chocolate Cake were pre-packaged and satisfactory in regards to quality, except half of the Chocolate Chip Cookie that were supposed to be included were instead missing, much to my dismay, as I was really looking forward to enjoying them. The root beer that was ordered as the drink was not disappointing and the Straw provided was not broken. The drink was very enjoyable. "
