My husband ordered the El Tejado Enchiladas with red sauce ad absolutely loved all four flavors of enchiladas included and is eager to try it again with the cheese sauce. I had the Taco Salad (Veggie) as I'm a vegetarian and it was the best I've ever had. The toppings and ingredients were all delicious and you can customize to leave off anything you might not want. A little more beans to fill it up would make it perfect but it was a decent amount . They handmade the shell and it was so yummy. The Cheese Quesadilla was also very good as well as the Chips and Salsa. I'd highly recommend them for delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. "
