"We love iHop, but today's food was really not good. Sunnyside up eggs 2 Eggs were actually partially raw (not like a normal sunnyside, the whites were actually fully raw surrounding the yolk, unsafe to eat).
Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo #1 had an undercooked & mushy pancake, and all the sausages and bacon were overcooked. "Crispy" Hash Browns were dark on the tops but nearly raw underneath. Junior Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo #2 was very limp, with none of iHOP's usual fluffiness. After seeing the raw egg and undercooked hash browns my son said he didn't feel safe eating the food.
Probably just an off day, but we are really disappointed.
iHOP usually uses very cool layered/stacked containers for delivery, but today's containers were all separate (more plastic to waste) and seemed to make the food more soggy than usual."

The fish was very fresh and delicious, measuring nearly 9" long. My favorite side order was the Zucchini Strips which were crispy and golden. The Fried Mushrooms were amazing and like the zucchini, there was more than enough to share with a really spicy dipping sauce that was included. Finally, the Oyster Sandwiches were served on a bed of coleslaw and dill pickles. I can't say for sure, but the oysters were a big hit. All I heard was "Yummy" and "Tasty and Delicious". "1) Kids Fish and Chips - inedible. Arrived literally swimming in a pool of grease. French fries were limp, pale and extremely undercooked. Did not receive any sides, as described. Did not receive brownie. Would have received better fruit from a Motel 6 continenti breakfast.
2) Braised Short Ribs - meat was confusingly dry throughout, with what appeared to be a turkey gravy - definitely not the promised red wine sauce and definitely not an appropriate amount. Meat was flavorless, although the (wrong) sauce was tasty. Carrots had a nice bite, but once again: zero seasoning. Everything lacked the juicy depth of flavor normally associated with this dish. I'm going to pick out the choice bites and turn the rest into a soup. Mashed potato side was delicious and extremely generous portion - far more potatoes than meat in this dish.
3) Garlic Mashed Potatoes - I'm saving these for later, but for $9, you're getting a scoop that looks to be about 6-8 oz. Tasty, but that's very expensive!
I spent almost a day's wages treating myself and got slightly more than 1 meal's worth of mediocre food... I would consider Lake Chalet to be a huge waste of money. Maybe the charm lies in eating at the actual restaurant...?"

"we ordered the Shahi Paneer Pizza & added the red chicken to it. on our order, we selected a specific sauce, but did not receive that sauce on the pizza.
instead it was garlic.
we like garlic, so it was fine.
however...
it did kind of taste like gourmet garlic bread, instead of a moist pizza.
we both agree it felt like it was missing a sauce.
the flavors were really good.
very interesting to have it in a pizza form.
even with our minor complaints, we would still order again. but only as a break to our normal pizza spot, because it is expensive. we ordered a large and it was about $55.
its about the size of a hot and ready.
but the quality is much better.
the chicken was real chicken.
the onions seemed fresh.
and the paneer was good.
we give this experience a 3½ out of 5 stars. knocking half a point because of price/size and a full point off because its lacking sauce.
