So I am only mildly disappointed. Overall, I would still order the two main sandwhiches again. And I assume based on how busy they are the pastry might have been better. "I’ve been coming here for a while, but lately the quality has gone downhill badly. The smoothies used to taste fresh, flavorful, and consistent, but now they taste watered down and poorly made. The fruit doesn’t taste fresh anymore, and the texture has become inconsistent every time I order.
What’s most disappointing is that the prices keep going up while the quality keeps dropping. It honestly feels like corners are being cut with ingredients and preparation. Customer service also seems less attentive than before, which makes the experience even worse.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when a place loses the quality that made people support it in the first place, it needs to be said. Hopefully management takes this seriously and improves the ingredients, consistency, and overall experience because right now it’s nowhere near what it used to be."

But this time I ordered it and it was disappointing, I emptied my soup onto another bowl to find out I only received the bones and no meat. So I paid 32$ for some broth.
